Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information I collect through this website, why, and how it’s handled, consistent with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What I collect

When you use a form on this site (the “See what you qualify for” form, a guide download, or an exit/inline offer) I may collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and the context you share (purpose, timeline, property city, employment type). I do not ask for, and you should never enter, sensitive information such as your SIN, bank account numbers, or login credentials through this website. No credit check is performed by this website.

Why I collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your mortgage options, and arrange a call. I do not sell your information.

Third-party services

• Calendly — used to book calls; if you schedule, the details you enter are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
• Form delivery — form submissions are delivered to me through a form-processing provider so I receive your message by email.
• This site loads such third-party tools only when you choose to interact with them.

Analytics & cookies

This site is built to minimize tracking. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set without your consent.

Retention & security

I keep enquiry information only as long as needed to help you or as required by applicable law and lender/regulatory record-keeping, then securely dispose of it. Information is transmitted to me over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Access, correction & deletion
